Inbox triage
Every email that lands in the shared inbox gets read, classified and routed before anyone opens it. Invoices go straight to the ERP, leads land in the CRM, enquiries get filed under the right client. Only the genuinely unclear ones — a handful a day — ever reach a person.
Booking chatbot
A client asks for a time on the website chat or Telegram, in their own words — no dropdowns, no booking widget. The bot checks the real calendar, finds a slot that actually works, and books it there and then. Both sides get a confirmation before the conversation even ends.
NBA stats chatbot
Ask it a stats question and it pulls the live numbers straight from NBA.com instead of guessing from memory. It runs the actual calculation — averages, totals, comparisons — rather than repeating a cached answer. Every figure it gives back is checked against the source before it reaches the user.
Landscape plan generator
A client fills out an 11-item survey — plot size, must-haves, style — and the system turns it into a scaled 2D draft. Boundaries, driveway, patio, paths and planting zones are placed and labeled automatically, proportioned to the real plot. A designer picks it up from there instead of starting from a blank page.
